Shipping policy

  • Orders placed with Beyond The Sands will ship via UPS within 7-14 business days. There may be unique situations where orders will ship through the United States Postal Service ( USPS) depending on the circumstance.
  • We process orders within 4-6 business days after the order is placed. Please note: we do not process/ship orders on holidays.
  • There may be a longer processing and shipping time due to custom orders. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for custom creation in addition to the standard shipping of 7-14 business days.
  • Any damaged or missing items from your order must be reported via email at greekcare@beyondthesands.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Beyond The Sands does offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more.
