About Us

Beyond the Sands is owned by husband and wife, Jeff and Shona Lawrence. Jeff and Shona are high school sweethearts and have spent more than half of their lives together. They are both graduates of Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, La. The two lovebirds have been married for 19 years, and have four amazing children. Shona is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for nearly 25 years, while Jeff is a Finance Manager and has been a Prince Hall Mason for 25 years. In the Fall of 2020,  Jeff became a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. making their union in the Greek world known as Coleman Love.Currently, Beyond The Sands is licensed with Delta Sigma Theta  Sorority, Inc., Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Prince Hall Masonic, andOrder of Eastern Stars (OES). Through Beyond The Sands, the power couple wanted to create a brand to offer you a great shopping experience on affordable Greek paraphernalia.

• Bulk orders will receive a 10% discount.
  
• There is a 15-item minimum for the same product and it must total $100 or more after the discount. 

• All bulk orders must ship to one location.

• Beyond The Sands also offer custom-made crossing jackets and shirts. 

• Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for custom creation in addition to the standard shipping of 7-14 business days.

• Please note during peak/rush season, in order to guarantee your custom order is not delayed, place your order 3-4 weeks in advance.

Returns and Exchanges

• Once an order is placed on the website, you may not change or cancel your order.
  
• At this time, all orders placed with Beyond The Sands are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless it is the fault of the company.
  

Shipping Policy 

• Orders placed with Beyond The Sands will ship via UPS within 7-14 business days. There may be unique situations where orders will ship through the United States Postal Service ( USPS) depending on the circumstance.
  
• We process orders within 4-6 business days after the order is placed. Please note: we do not process/ship orders on holidays.
  
• There may be a longer processing and shipping time due to custom orders. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for custom creation in addition to the standard shipping of 7-14 business days.
  
• Any damaged or missing items from your order must be reported via email at greekcare@beyondthesands.com within 72 hours of delivery.

• Beyond The Sands does offer free shipping for orders of $150 or more.
